Welcome to Muscooten Bay Outfitters. Located in the heart of Whitetail Country - west central IL, MBO is a welcome getaway and your opportunity for your hunt of a lifetime. Nestled along the bluffs overlooking the Illinois and Sangamon River bottoms, a mixture of productive farmland, timber, CRP ground, and food plots provide the ingredients to consistently produce trophy whitetail deer and wild turkey.

We want others to experience the great outdoors as we have over the years. We are lifelong residents and hunters of Cass County, IL and understand what it takes to grow quality wildlife. We also understand what you expect from an outfitter.

Our hunting operation is 100% wild, 100% fair chase. No fences here. Our operation consists of over 2500 acres of private land. All properties are under strict management plans that allow wildlife to reach their full potential. We strongly manage for mature (4 years or older) whitetail deer and expect our hunters to respect our management plan. Harvesting does is also highly encouraged.
